Returns & Exchanges

At Meshki UK, we want you to love your look; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Return Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or receive a store credit voucher for future purchases.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your parcel at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
